Data submitted with a request

When you submit the appointment form, Finecare receives your contact details, address, preferred time, selected treatments and any brief additional information by email. The website does not store this data in a database.

Purpose and data minimisation

Data may only be used to assess the care request, make contact and discuss a possible appointment. Do not request more medical information than is needed for this initial contact.

Retention and sharing

Retention periods, processors, any recipients and security measures must be established and documented by Finecare before the service is put into use.

Your rights

The final version must explain how data subjects can exercise their rights under the GDPR, including access, rectification and, where applicable, erasure or restriction.
